Implementation steps

1. Immediately after becoming a client, you will meet with a customer success manager to understand your activation goals. This will help us determine how many raw leads need to be processed on a monthly basis by xSellsior for outbound calling purposes.

2. Depending on the number of activations necessary, we can discuss whether you would like us to pull leads for you that meet your ideal lead profile from our databases that include seamless.ai, zoominfo.com and others.

3. Once the leads pulled or provided to us, they will be analyzed to determine which will pick up and when.  These leads will be loaded into the software for outbound calling purposes.

4. Our conversational designers will work with you to develop a short 15 second introduction to your solution and answers to frequently asked questions.

5. Calling will commence. After the first 100 reaches, we will meet with you to discuss the initial results and whether they are meeting expectations.  If expectations aren’t being met, the script and question answers will be reviewed.  In this case another 100 reaches will be completed with a corresponding review.

6. Once results are satisfactory, depending on the number of activated prospects needed, calling will commence in earnest.

7. Activated leads are passed on to you for follow-up and nurture in real time.

8. As time goes by the results of the calling and pitching will be fed into our AI engine so that improvements can be suggested which will of course be tested before entering into the production environment.

Implementation steps

1. Immediately after becoming a client, you will meet with a customer success manager to understand your appointment goals.  This will help us determine how many leads need to be processed on a monthly basis by the AI prior to you starting to call.

2. Depending on the number of appointments necessary, we can discuss whether you would like us to pull leads for you that meet your ideal lead profile.

3. Once the leads pulled or provided to us, they will be analyzed to determine which will pick up and when.  They will then be loaded into the instance(s) of your software.

4. The software is extremely easy to use but if you would like training, your customer success manager can help arrange that for you.

5. If you would like to seamlessly integrate your CRM system with our software, we can work with your team to customize our APIs for your use.

6. After calling for at least a month which will allow you to establish a baseline, your customer success manager can help you set up a/b testing campaigns for your cadence and script.

7. At any time, our conversational designers can help you improve your scripts which will lead to more conversions.

Implementation steps

1. Immediately after becoming a client, you will meet with a customer success manager and a conversational designer. During this meeting, the main goal will be to understand your goals, business and most importantly script. We will also have a short document request on your solution. 

2. Our team will use AI to review your script and make improvements that will be shared with you for your approval.

3. We will schedule a meeting to discuss your ILP (ideal lead profile). If you have leads, we’ll ask that you send us at least 2000 to start. If you don’t, we will work with you to pull leads from our data sources which include seamless.ai, zoominfo.com and other databases.

4. Once leads are in hand, they will be processed by our ai to understand their pickup patterns.

5. Once the initial call plan and script is in-hand, we will train the assigned SDR(s) and let them start calling.  The first 100 reaches will be used as a test case to evaluate script and objection handling performance.

6. Any modifications necessary to the script, ILP, etc. will be made during this period. A key KPI will be the overall reach rate and conversion rate.

7. Once the KPIs are aligned with both of our goals, we will start calling in earnest to generate the number of appointments that you desire. Of course, ProspectIQ will use AI to nurture call-backs, negative responses and most importantly booked appointments which should increase the actual performance rate.

8. All appointments booked will be emailed to you in real time with the appropriate calendar link. Moreover, recordings and transcripts will also be sent to you.

9. After a month and once we have performance benchmarks in hand, we will start using AI and a/b testing to iterate the script, ILP and nurture cadences to improve the conversion and performance rate.

10. This revision process will be on-going throughout the engagement with constant attempts to improve performance of the AI.

Implementation steps

1. Immediately after becoming a client, you will meet with a customer success manager and a conversational designer. During this meeting, the main goal will be to understand your goals, business and most importantly your current discovery demo.  We will also have a short document request on your solution.

2. Our team and AI will look at your demo script and associated presentation and make suggested improvements that will be shared with your approval.

3. Once the above is completed, our conversational designers will begin the process of training your AI agent in earnest.  This will include having the engine process all available information on your solution and also “listening” to discovery demos that were conducted by your team in the past.

4. Simultaneously to step 3, our graphic design team will design your custom branded landing page to match your design parameters.

5. Once the above is completed, the initial AI agent will be launched for internal testing. Our testing team will go through the presentation at least 100 times so that xSellsior practices answering common questions. We encourage your team to also test the agent so that it can learn from professionals that have industry and company experience.

6. Once our team and yours agrees that the AI agent is ready for production, it will be launched. Our team will carefully review the results of the first twenty discovery presentations and make any necessary tweaks to the script or the answers to common questions.

7. Our conversational designers will continue to monitor performance on a monthly basis.

8. After each appointment performed, the transcripts and recordings will be shared with you in real time.

9. We will schedule a meeting to discuss your ILP (ideal lead profile). If you have leads, we’ll ask that you send us at least 1000-2000 to start. If you don’t, we will work with you to pull leads from on of our data sources.

10. Once leads are in hand, they will be processed by our AI to understand their pickup patterns.

11. Following having the initial call plan and the script, we will train an SDR and let them start calling. The first 100 connections will be used as a test case to evaluate script and objection handling performance.

12. Any modifications necessary to the script, ILP, etc. will be made during this period. A key KPI will be the reach rate and the conversion rate. Before getting truly started we would like to see at least a 10% conversion rate. 

13. Once the KPIs are aligned with both of our goals, we will begin building a custom AI agent. To teach the AI agent, not only will we feed the results of each previously made call into the AI agent, your company and solution information will be exposed to the AI. This teaching/learning process is critical.

14. Once the bot is fully trained, it will be deployed and allowed to call for your company. Its performance will be carefully monitored to ensure that it is performing successfully. Once a conversion performance benchmark has been established, the AI agent will be allowed to use generative AI to begin to improve its performance. The AI will not only evaluate conversion rates but will also analyze hang up rates.

15. Once performance of the AI agent is better established, the decision of whether to clone and deploy additional agents can be discussed.
