Updated Contact Information section from version 2.0 redesigned for optimized workflow:
- Updated Search function – moved from top right corner of screen to top right corenr of Call Center. Removed reasons for search.
- Layout redesign for Campaign Details and Contact Details
- Discard icon moved to bottom left corner of Call Center
- Notes icon moved to bottom right corner of Call Center
- Notes icon accessible in bottom right corner for access through all Call Center screens.
- Hang Up button to end calls renamed End Call
